In 2008, we stepped into Paterson, New Jersey with a bold vision, to revive a city left forgotten. Amidst the wreckage of the financial crash, we saw opportunity. Starting with humble 1 and 2-family homes, we rolled up our sleeves, managing and rehabbing properties with grit and determination. Through sweat and tears, we forged ahead, always keeping the light at the end of the tunnel in sight.
As we witnessed the impact of our efforts, creating jobs and providing housing opportunities to low-income families, we knew we were onto something big.
From those modest beginnings, we scaled up to small 4-6 unit buildings, then to multifamily units, and even larger complexes of 40+ units.
But we didn’t stop there. We seized the opportunity to purchase vacant lots, envisioning vibrant communities of 60, 150 and even 280+ units rising from the ground. Today, we stand proud as the premier developers and property owners in North Jersey, boasting an impressive 10,000+ units, over $1.5 Billion AUM, with over $600 million in construction and transactions surpassing $2 billion.
So, where do we see ourselves in the next 5 years? Over $5 billion AUM, continuing to transform cities and communities, one visionary project at a time. This is a journey of growth and impact!
JCM CAPITAL has seen tremendous growth over the years. Current development and construction are estimated at $600 million over the next 36 months. As part of our plan, JCM CAPITAL wishes to keep expanding by acquiring another $100 million worth of new development.

Our property management and leasing team is committed to maintaining high occupancy rates while providing topnotch experiences for tenants.
